EQUIPMENT: parking, air conditioning, garden furniture and barbecue. In the kitchen induction hob, refrigerator, toaster. Sugar, salt, olive oil and vinegar available. Soap and shower gel, dish detergent and sponges as well. Washing machine. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Welcome bottle of local wine.
